Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defective products.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Return requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than defects.

Return Process

Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, the return will be approved.

Refund Policy

• A full refund of the product value will be issued after verification.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed as per RBI guidelines.
• It may take 7–14 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
